The Interior Stone Mission:
As a courtesy, Interior Stone makes a concerted effort to inform each and every one of our customers about the potential pitfalls of the stone business. We understand and welcome competitive shopping, so long as we’re being priced against companies that offer comparable products and services. Whether you choose us as your fabricator or not, Interior Stone wants to make sure that you not only get the highest quality stone and tile products possible, but that your best interests are always front and center.
When comparing quotes, it is important to take the following into consideration before awarding your stone work:
Can Stone Company “X” provide you with a certificate of insurance, protecting your property against possible damage and freeing you of all potential injury-related liability, for the work they are about to perform in your home?
Does Stone Company “X” use their own dedicated employees, or do they subcontract out any/all facets of the job (i.e. fabrication, templating, & installation), which often leads to miscommunication and eventual errors with your job?
Does Stone Company “X” have their own fabrication facilities on-site, or are they just operating out of a storefront?
Does Stone Company “X” provide up-front pricing based on the specific scope of your floor plan and how all of the stone pieces will eventually fit together, or by loose, over-the-phone, square-foot pricing, which doesn’t take probable stone waste into account?
Does Stone Company “X” employ customer service representatives who are readily available to answer any and all questions you may have along the way?
Can Stone Company “X” provide you with satisfied customer referrals upon request?
Does Stone Company “X” offer a general maintenance program to help you preserve the natural beauty and luster of your stone for years to come?
